Since the games now download into the 360 I need to upgrade my 20gb hard drive. Is 60gb sufficient?

I've been doing a lot of research and cannot decide whichone I should choose an xbox 360 elite or ps3 slim . I care some about movie playing but I want good gaming, long lasting , little over heating and not to loud of noise. I also love cod 5. Help me decide

i have a 60gb ps3. This guy i know is willing to trade me a 120gb xbox 360 elite with 15 great games, two controllers and the online adapter. He said if i didn't think it was a deal, he would throw in a regular xbox.

Should i trade or stay with the ps3?

chkdsk/fdisk dont turn up any errors on the drive
Have an extra Internal HD i use for storage. It was 120gb but is now only showing up as 5gb in windows. My data that was on the HD is no longer accessible. The drive still shows up as 120gb in the BIOS. Any ideas here?
